What makes the difference.
Staff process orders from their phones
At the warehouse, no computer needed: the employee opens the pending orders on their phone, enters what’s going out, and both the stock and the invoice follow. Everyone sees only the pages that concern them.
An AI assistant for everyday questions
The manager asks a question in French, as they would a colleague: “How much does this customer have outstanding?”, “What’s still to be delivered?”. The assistant finds the answer in the application, with a small table and a suggested action. It only looks things up: it never changes anything.
A detailed history, day by day
A calendar shows the orders processed each day, with their amount. One click on a date shows the details; everything can be exported to a spreadsheet.
Accounting on a single screen
Invoiced, received, outstanding: the year’s position appears at a glance, month by month. Every payment is recorded, even partial ones, and the amount outstanding is recalculated automatically.
Payments received, customer by customer
For each reseller: what has been invoiced and paid, what is still outstanding and the collection rate. Reminders can be prepared at a glance.
The QR-bill creates itself
As soon as an order is processed, the invoice for what was actually delivered is created: VAT, due date and a Swiss QR-bill ready to pay.
Every reseller has a personal area
There, they track their orders, what they are still due to receive and all their invoices: what they’ve paid, how much they still owe, and every invoice as a PDF.

The whole catalogue managed in one place
Every product has its own record: photo, barcode, price, stock, category and supplier. You can add an item in seconds, edit several products at once or import a list.
An order partly delivered, with nothing forgotten
The stock is shown for each item: you deliver all of it or just part. The rest goes on a “to be delivered” list, which the reseller can also see in their area.
A new delivery prepares the pending orders
When a batch arrives from a supplier, a preview shows the stock added and the customer orders that will be created or completed. You confirm, and it’s all done.
